Pitlessie Village Inn is a family-run bar and restaurant serving the highest quality local produce. Whether for lunch or dinner, the menus at Pitlessie Village Inn regularly rotate according to what’s fresh and in season, but you can always expect classic, hearty British and Scottish fare. At the time of writing, the main courses on the Pitlessie Village Inn dinner menu include braised lamb shank with dauphinoise potato; crispy pork belly; and haddock mornay – grilled smoked haddock in a buttery chive mash with a soft poached egg and cheddar cheese sauce. You’ll find Pitlessie Village Inn on Cupar Road and it’s a lovely spot even just for a drink, just be sure to reserve a spot before you arrive as it’s very popular with locals.

    The food was delicious, everyone loved every course, and the service was warm and friendly. But the venue itself is a little run down. Don't get me wrong I love old buildings and you could see where effort had been put in on the décor, but the ceilings and floor around the bar could do with a lot of care. I would still recommend that people visit, but would urge friends to go for lunch rather than dinner.
