Food was great location was great. However service was horrible. After being seated and receiving a glass of water and food the waiter never came back to see if we need anything else. Had to eat my appetizer and main entree with one glass of water. Then when I asked why no one came back to check on the table we were told we could have got up and came and asked for something else to drink. Anyone would think when paying $300 plus the service should be excellent. DO NOT recommend this place at all.

Great service, very underwhelming food. I would go back for drinks and hookah but not for food.

The worst dining experience I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve been to every Miami restaurant and restaurants around the world. Poor treatment, horrible food and raggedy conditions in terms of the booths and cleanliness of the establishment. Host asked for my best friend and I to move to a smaller table to accommodate a party of 20 girls. Pretty sure this establishment allows prostitution. A very uncomfortable experience. Did not eat. Just paid the tab and left as more underage looking girls came in. This place needs to be reviewed and shut down

I feel like because celebrities were coming in they were rushing the food. The waiter forgot parts of our order. Food was not completely cooked. I was highly disappointed.

We were very disappointed with the service that we received from a young lady by the name of Izzy. We thought that she was stereotyping us. She practically took us away at the door until I was able to confirm that I had a reservation. She did not apologize. She was very rude.

I really wanted to love it. I’m from Chicago and based on the reviews I thought it was gonna be a Kitchen and Kocktails experience. Great food, bad service. The service was ok, the food was… interesting. It was about 630 when we sat down, we didn’t order until 650. It didn’t seem busy, but ok. We ordered everything all at once to get it over with. We got our Cesar salad first, it was good. Drinks took forever to come but it was good. I never got my ramen appetizer. The food took FORVER to come. Probably over 30 mins. Again, the place is not busy. We ordered 2 ribeyes, Brussels sprouts, spinach, and fried rice. When the food finally came we were highly disappointed. The steak seemed steak vs seared like on the pictures and it was overcooked. We asked for medium. Also, the spinach was some type of creamed spinach, but on the pictures it seemed sautéed. It’s just weird to have pics of the food and then to serve the food opposite of the pictures. The music is awesome so I’d probably go back for the club portion, not the restaurant. LOVED the prickly pear drink!!

Tried it again after a couple of years never got my order had to cancel it after waiting 30 minutes first came out completely wrong then never came out at all. No one ever came to the table to tell us what was happening just completely ignored us. So flag flag down a server and told her just to cancel the whole order and left Will never go back there again
