Pasta Making Class, Demonstration & Dinner

This is a hands-on, interactive experience class. You will be taught how to make hand-rolled semolina dough from scratch, then transforming that dough into amazing pasta including Cavatelli, Orecchiette, and fun other shapes! There will be a dinner to follow with the pasta we made and family style antipasto. It is a BYOB establishment, we recommend a nice red as nothing is better than making pasta and drinking wine.
