Working with seasonal British and Italian produce, each dish takes inspiration from traditional Italian flavours and methods, with a creative approach. Transforming this daytime bakery to a lively neighbourhood restaurant, with small plates and pastas designed for sharing. Our wine list utilises a mixture of well and lesser known grapes; which when combined with innovative and often low intervention methods, create a diverse wine offering to pair harmoniously with our food.

  • Early Evening Set Menu

    We are offering an early evening set menu, that will allow you to choose between two course's for £25 and three course's for £30. This will be a faster service style designed for before the theatre or a concert, so there will be a shorter seating time on your table of 1 hour and 15 minutes for up to two people and 1 hour and a half for three to four people. This menu is chosen each week by our chefs and therefore options cannot be swapped out for other items on our menu. A la carte is available alongside this menu.

    Nice vibe and lovely staff. Wine list was good and the starters were delicious. Mains all really average without much thought in them, flavours not balanced or not there. Desserts looked delicious.

    The whole team were lovely but a big shout out to George for being so considerate and attentive. Food was gorgeous too but that’s to be expected as Pophams is great!!

    A frequently changing tasty menu where you might not know what many of the words mean on the menu but the flavour combinations are always amazing. Good drinks, great food and friendly service.

    The food was good, and the prices were reasonable for a place that receives a lot of hype. However, the service could be improved. We felt that the staff didn't explain the menu clearly, leaving us unsure about the dishes. Additionally, it would be helpful to allow customers to choose whether they want to sit at a table or at the counter facing the kitchen.

    Sadly the food is not as good as it used to be and the prices have increased beyond belief. This used to be such a little gem but now just doesn't offer good value for more - 17.50 for each plate of pasta is a lot.

    The quality of the food is outstanding. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the food. The food is so different to any other restaurants. Fresh tasting quality ingredients. Will definitely go again as menu changes with seasonal ingredients.
