   Good food in a central location. Booking via the website was simple. The restaurant gets busy around 19:00 but we didn’t wait long for the food. The bar service was a bit slow because they serving from both bar and restaurant side. But overall a good meal.

   Every time we come here we cannot fault this hotel. It has a totally relaxed feeling and staff are always willing to assist. I had the local flake and chips this time and it was fresh and tasty, my partner had the surf and turf special and he really enjoyed it. Great Hotel 👌

   Our meals were very tasty, but veggies needed to be cooked a little longer. Nice place and friendly staff. Would happily return!

   Ripper country pub! Good food, a little pricey for what we got, but not completely ridiculous. Great variety of beers on tap, love all the memorabilia on the ceilings and walls, gives the place great character.

   Food was really good. Goat curry was excellent as was the bangers and mash. Service was quick and helpful even with a busy night. Not cheap but well worth the cost. Highly recommend.
