The quality of steak seems to have declined over the last few times. Classy joint with vg service. Just not sure it's the best steak in Manhattan.

Absolutely perfect! Went on a Tuesday, which features the tasty Prime Rib special. The meal and wine were both outstanding. Excellent cheesecake for dessert. The team works incredibly well together! It’s certainly challenging to rise above the city’s top steakhouses—but Porter House raises the bar.

Incredible experience for our family. From the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty by everyone. Highly recommended the wedge salad, chili rubbed ribeye. In fact, my son and I both agreed, it was the best ribeye we have ever had with a fantastic bark, well rendered and cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed the peanut butter chocolate cake and a phenomenal assortment of cookies! We will be back next time we visit NYC!

Best Bacon we ever had in Steakhouse. The Porterhouse was excellent. The service was also excellent. We will definitely be back.
