Posto 31 strives for the harmony among quality-driven food, professional service, nuanced craft cocktails and the comfort of a neighborhood gathering place.

Our Italian-inspired menu features pastas made each day, seasonal vegetables, items to share and variety to please any palate. We have built this house for you, for your taste buds, for your families and for ours.

Please note:
Reservations of 7 or more guests require a credit card to hold the reservation. In the event that you do need to cancel, we ask that it is 24hr notice. Cancelation or a No-Show within the 24hr time frame will result in a $40 per guest charge for everyone that does not dine with us.

Our patio is open only if the weather permits. If you have an outside table reserved and the weather changes - we will do our very best to accommodate your party, but space indoors is not guaranteed.

BYOB is not permitted in any restaurant in La Grange Park, therefore we are unable to accommodate CORKAGE.

We put birthday in OpenTable and verbally confirmed on check in but they did nothing - didn’t even say happy birthday. Very very salty Posto Pasta. Brussels sprouts very good.

Excellent food...Restaurant gets a little loud....we were able to have a child there with us...appetizers were very good and the meal great.....Too much to eat....Bar area is nice..the atmosphere is not cozy, but is open snd a little loud....overall we gave it 4 out of 5 !!

Great food for neighborhood spot. A bit pricy, but still a good value. Ambience not great but food makes up for it....

This was my second time dining at this wonderful establishment. I have been telling everyone that will listen to me about this place. Judy was so friendly and our server. Adriana was amazing. I wish I got the names of the busboys because they were pretty great as well. My friend and I were celebrating our 40 year anniversary of friendship. The staff made it very special for us. On top of the atmosphere and the wonderful service the food is incredible. We had the bread for the table, the meatballs, lasagna, the tiramisu, cheesecake, and wine. Our water glasses were always full. The used plates were cleared away right away. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is and how satisfied we were with our meal. I cannot wait to go back and try something else!
