Join us for our next Predalina Tasting series with Wines of Bordeaux. Led by special guest Dawn DuBois. Dawn is the US East Director for a Bordeaux Negociant Compagnie Medocaine des Grands Crus (“CMGC”)-representing a wide array of Grand Cru Classe Bordeaux . Dawn has over twenty years’ experience in the wine industry representing some of the best in class domestic and imported fine wines portfolios. We will be featuring 4 wines with hand curated pairings by our Executive Chef Billy Zeko. The Predalina Tasting Series was created with the intention of getting to know our experts while exploring their knowledge. Comewith friends and come to make friends. We invite you to join in our excitement for new experiences.

Really the perfect balance. Great food and service. By no means over the top, but not inexpensive. Only been there once but on my top 2 or 3 favorites in Tampa.

I introduced a client to Predalina this week, and everyone enjoyed it very much. The food was amazing -- very fresh and unique. I love the aesthetic of the restaurant.

Great food, fab service. Ricky was wonderful. Bar could stay open a little later for farewell nightcap. Went for our 28th year in a row anniversary and we weren’t disappointed. Just fabulous

The service is amazing and the place is decorated very beautifully. The potato stroma appetizer was great, aswell as the brussel sprouts side dish. Unfortunately, the halibut lacked flavor and the dish felt overall too acidic, lacking salt and sweet elements.

The food was DIVINE. everything we ordered was incredible- especially the wagyu kabob and Smokey potatoes….. the ambience made us feel like we were transported to Italy- the service at the bar and table were both friendly and attentive.

John, our server, was thoughtful and detailed — he enhanced the experience! The ambiance, the food, the cocktails were 10/10. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and will be back.

Amazing meal. The tuna crudo was beyond. The zucchini chips crisp and very tasty. The 1899 kebab is a must. Will definitely be back.
