Press Club is a record bar and cocktail lounge with a focus on the curation of guest experience and providing maximum levels of hospitality. The name is an homage to DC while also evoking the pressing of records and the ingredients used to craft our cocktails.

Our reservations are exclusively for our Play List Experience, a four course cocktail flight paired with small bites from our kitchen.

To enjoy our a la carte cocktails and Izakaya bites, we welcome you on a first come, first serve basis.

    Join us as we host Massimo Zitti of Mother Cocktail Bar, number 37 of North America’s 50 Best Bars, from Toronto for a four course cocktail tasting experience featuring the amazing spirits of Maison Ferrand. Massimo and Mother are legends of the Canadian Bar scene and we hyped that this will be the first time a bar brings a Chef to help curate the snacks that will compliment our cocktails.     I thought the space was dope! The waitress was nice and the owner came over to us to share his recommendations and to greet us. The chicken kaarage was very tender and I liked the vinyl set up. I would definitely go back!

    Incredible! This hospitality team understands hospitality. The ambiance is perfect, intimate yet welcoming. The menu is curated to perfection. Every drink is so thoughtful, well balanced and delicious. The music- bangers after bangers that alone is a reason to visit, do a little shimmy while you dip your chicken karaage. Going back to service- everyone there knows how to make an experience and that’s what you get going there! My friend and I tried basically the whole menu- Smooth Operator and In a Cadillac were our top favorites but you can’t go wrong with anything there and I can’t wait to go back!

    Excellent vibe and decor. Drinks were delicious and expensive (not unusual for DC spots). The service was outstanding!! It’s very small inside so a reservation is recommended.

    An incredible tasting experience. The drinks are amazing and the “snacks” are thoughtful and delicious. I say “snacks” because I found them to be pretty substantial. We will definitely come back for the experience for the next menu change. It is quite loud inside but it has amazing vibes.

    Fabulous place - excellent music playing on the turntable; dark, cozy space; interesting cocktails; great food; friendly, knowledgeable service. We had the Fried Chicken Karaage and the Murasaki tempura and they were sublime. As chic and hip as it is, it still feels like a neighborhood joint, in the best way possible.

    Great place for a night cap, dinner or just drinks. We came here after our anniversary dinner for drinks and it didn’t disappoint. We tried “The Playlist” and the snacks and paired cocktails were top notch. The team is definitely on to something here! Looking forward to coming back in the near future. This place is a must visit ASAP!
