    Derek was an amazing server. Fun friendly and super attentive. Hostess, bar staff, and Tiny were all top notch. Really took care of us and our group! Food was perfection as always.

    The food was impressive! We had the smoked New York, and it was exceptional. The baked potato and trimmings took up half the table. And the service was impeccable. Our server Micheal had the best attitude and was very attentive without intrusive. Will go back!!!

    Our waiter Michael made my wife's birthday dinner even more special. Food was amazing - nice atmosphere. We highly recommend this place. Don't get scared from the location - a strip mall does not mean it's not special.....

    It was a mixed bag. Three of us had excellent meals, but I did not. The service was excellent at first, but then our server seemed to ghost us. I started off with the onion soup, which was very good but too hot and I burned my mouth. I tried to blow on it to cool it but it still burned my mouth. My spouse and I both ordered the filet mignon - medium. His was fine, but mine was so salty I couldnt eat it. I like salty stuff, and I usually salt my meats. But I tried a bite and yikes. I tried another from a different area of the meat and still yuck. I asked my spouse to try it to make sure it wasn't me but he said it was way too salty, and his wasn't like that. I tried scraping the meat with my knife hoping to make it edible but nothing helped. I never send meat back but I couldn't eat it so I sent it back. After 10 minutes of watching my friends eat, the chef came out and asked me if he could butterfly the steak to make it cook quickly. I had expected my steak by then so I said yes. Finally I got a butterflied steak that was well done and dry. I expected better for a $50 steak. The sides were fine, expecially the garlic small potatoes.

    Fantastic Dining Experience! Last night, I visited this amazing spot and was blown away by both the food and the atmosphere. We shared the 50 oz ribeye, which was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The Brussels sprouts, Mac n' Cheese, and potatoes were the perfect sides to complement the steak. The girls had the filet, and they were just as impressed with their meals. We also tried the bone marrow appetizer, and it was fantastic – a real treat! The chicken was another standout dish; it was flavorful and juicy, one of the best I’ve had. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and perfect for a great dining experience. The staff was friendly, and everything came out in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality meal with an excellent ambiance. Definitely a must-try!

    I stopped by on Tuesday evening and wasn’t sure what to expect, especially when I noticed where the restaurant was. Once I walked inside and proceeded to the bar, I was bought into the medieval era with great ambiance and even better service. The bartender was superb, and the NY strip was “Great!” The drinks were good, and the dessert, the Oreo Tiramisu, was delicious. Even the violinist was dope. I come to Vegas often to find great steakhouses, and I will definitely return. Great Job, Primal!!
