Our steakhouse in Tyler, TX provides an exciting and varied menu for dinner and lunch. Went for New Year’s Eve and it was wonderful! Our server was very attentive and took time to explain the menu and provide recommendations. The food was great, and whoever the bartender is- drinks were wonderful! My husband and I look forward to coming back!

45 day aged ribeye didn’t have a lot of flavor. Fries were average as I was hoping they would have been more crisp. Banana crème brûlée was really good. Tuna tartar was also really good and fresh. We were disappointed with the steaks. Volume of food on 12/31 may have been the reason.

Texas Rose is always a must. But the kitchen seemed off. Brussels sprouts were overcooked and the crab cakes should’ve could out warm. We had to ask a few times for the drink menu & never received the request of more delicious bread. We were really disappointed.

Prime 102 is always a great experience! It's our favorite special occasion restaurant, hands down. The quality of the food, service and atmosphere make it great. And do yourself a favor and be sure you get the butter cake!

Food was good. Ordered 8oz filet medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. Also ordered the asparagus florentine which was good but not much of it. It was our anniversary so they gave us a butter cake/ ice cream for dessert which was very tasty. Service was excellent !!!

Outstanding in every way. We've tried all the steak places in Tyler and Prime 102 is the best, by far. Every course is delicious, with steaks being the star of the show, of course. But if they have their chocolate cake, get it. Even if you're full, get it. Service is incredibly attentive without being overbearing. You can tell the staff is very well-trained and cares about the experience. We look forward to coming every chance we get, and you will too

This was our first time here. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly. The food does take a little while to come out, but it's well worth the wait. It is expensive to eat here, but I would recommend the place for special occasions.
