My wife and I went in for date night and were immediately greeted at the front door by Travis (Director of Operations) and a hostess with smiles. It was a slow, rainy night, and were seated right away at a booth. Our server Gina was very friendly and let us know about the specials. We started with some wine and the beef tartare appetizer, which was outstanding. We also shared a caesar salad and french onion soup. The salad was excellent and the soup was good. For dinner, we split the cowboy ribeye, which was phenomenal. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked to a beautiful medium rare. For sides, we ordered the mashed potatoes, jalapeno creamed corn, and broccolini. The mashed potatoes were a little too salty and we couldn't enjoy them, but Travis came out to see if there was anything he could do and thanked us for our feedback so he could communicate with the kitchen. We were starting to get full, but wanted to prioritize saving some room for dessert. Both Gina and Travis said the apple crisp was the way to go and they were right on the money, it was superb. There are other items on the menu we're excited to try and we had a fantastic time. Even though the restaurant was starting to empty out, we never felt rushed or unappreciated. I've already recommended the restaurant to friends and look forward to our next visit.
