We are a 2023 & 2024 Wine Spectator Award of Excellence Winner.
If you’re in the mood for an evening of good food and elevated ambiance, pull up a seat at Prime 3 Steakhouse, in Historic Downtown Leesburg, FL, with flair. By serving premium steaks and fine wines, we hope to provide an elegant and family-friendly dining experience for everyone in our community. Try our mouth-watering prime rib or seared scallops or our Norwegian Salmon. Pair it with a fine wine and treat yourself to a top-notch meal.
Don't forget to try our creme Brulee or Craft-Made Ice Cream for dessert. Now open for Lunch Mon-Friday 11am to 2pm. No reservations are required for lunch.

Dining at Prime3 is an experience that you will remember. We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our evening. CHRIS was our waiter and he was very attentive and professional. We were a party of five and all of us enjoyed our entrées. They were delicious And cooked to perfection. I would also like to mention the guitarist who provides wonderful dinner music. This is our favorite restaurant for dining with friends and family.

Our dinner was excellent as usual. Our wait staff was waiting on four other tables and did not skip a beat. Classiest restaurant around The Villages and Leesburg. Met the owner.

We have been to Prime3 before and everything was great. I had the prime rib and my wife had the grouper. Both were excellent.

Our waiter Phil, was fantastic! Attentive and friendly. The hostesses were all wonderful. The food was fantastic. We doing a new favorite steakhouse!

Was surprised by the set menu. We’d been there before on New Years Eve also our wedding anniversary. Also the service was less impressive and the price was clearly out of line charging for tea or soda. Very disappointed! After bragging about this place.

Fantastic food. Surprised to find a fixed, pricey menu when we arrived on New Year’s Eve. We should have had a specific note on Open Table warning us. We saw several patrons leave the restaurant.

We had a terrible experience. The menus were electronic and didnt' work, the fish was uncooked and the worst part was that it was recooked and returned to us with bites out of the fish, the waiter never asked if we had questions (we had a lot as the menu was not clear), everyone else was done with dinner when the fish finally came back, the restaurant was too loud, and the waiter waited on teh men before the ladies which is not usual in a high end (overly expensive) restaurant. To top it off, I sent in a complaint to them and have not been responded to as of yet. Very very disappointed

This was the perfect place for my birthday dinner. For starters, I ordered the lobster bisque and my husband ordered the shrimp cocktail. The bisque had tiny pieces of lobster with 2 larger pieces floating in top. It was divine! Both my husband and I ordered rare prime rib and the meat was cooked to perfection. Our waiter got a slight bit aggravated with us when my husband mentioned that our entire meal had not arrived along with our entrees; two sides had not been served yet. In fact, one side was never brought out. But our server was getting busy so it was somewhat understandable that things were missed. The restaurant provided a complimentary dessert to help celebrate my special occasion along with a rendition of Happy Birthday played by the piano player serenading the restaurant on that evening. This was a great gesture. All in all, it was a perfect end to a lovely day.
