We don’t mind spending $1200 on dinner for four, but at the least you should be made to feel welcome. We were kept waiting thirty minutes past our reservation time, the staff rushed us and never took the time to listen to our full orders, and the chateaubriand for two was four “toast-thin” slices of cooked filet: no reduction, no veal Demi-glaze….it was in no way a true dish. Wine service was disappointing, management was poor. We canceled our other restaurant reservations in the Fontainebleau, not willing to patronize anymore of their establishments when we are made to feel like we are inanimate objects.
