Dedicated to the expression of modern American cuisine, Prime is more than just a culinary adventure, it is a true experience. Guests can choose from an array of raw bar favorites, along with Mizu Sushi, and steaks and chops like filet mignon and parmesan-crusted veal chop. For those with a sweet tooth, there are several dessert options, along with the crowd-favorite espresso martini – all served with complimentary water views, as both Prime locations are directly on the water with boat accessibility.

Sunday Brunch is offered weekly, with catering options also available.

Please note that reservations are recommended but walk-ins are always welcome...allowing you the time to explore our entire property with spectacular waterfront views – or you could spend some time at the Wave Bar, sipping on one of our signature cocktails.

    A private event at Prime will offer your guests a unique setting, world class cuisine and a memorable dining experience. Whether your needs require anything from a waterfront elegant four course dinner to a casual Dockside cocktail party, Prime has you covered. The Vine Room can be divided into two smaller spaces for more intimate gatherings or it can remain as one room, hosting up to 64 of your guests. Our Porch can accommodate groups of up to 32 who can enjoy the fresh air and harbor views while enjoying the best that our kitchen has to offer. You can also choose the Hedge Bar for a cozy cocktail party with a spectacular view of Huntington Harbor and our breath taking susnet view.

    Brunch was just average. No one really enjoyed their food. Beautiful as always , but food really disappointing !

    I don’t understand the hype of this place. It is beautiful. The service was excellent. But the food is not outstanding. And it should be for the price. Do people think that if it’s the most expensive place around it must be the best? It must be worth it? Because it is not. The wedge salad was a slice of iceberg upon which was piled a ton of whipped blue cheese- like a dip. Not bacon, they use lardons - which are just extra fatty and not as tasty as bacon. Not an update at all. The beef Wellington was decent. NY strip was fine, not better than other places but at least $20 more. Why?

    We came here for our birthdays and we were incredibly blown away by the service and the food. We had shrimp and lobster wontons and the miso mustard was 10/10. Then for entree we had the petite filet and waygu hanger, both outstanding. Sides were whipped potatoes and creamed spinach. I would highly recommend this place the food was just amazing.

    We came to Prime for a celebration and our waiter, Joe, made our experience extra special. The only thing that could have made it more special would have been doing the celebration in the summertime so we could be outside on the patio.
