   Tables near us were very loud and boisterous. No reason for that. Resteraunt was not full. No one seemed to ask them to lower their voices. Food was excellent as was service. The other tables were very rude

   We go to this place at least 4 times a year and it is consistently great in all regards.Wait staff is outstanding and the food is stellar!

   We always have a wonderful dining experience at Prime. From the warm greetings upon arrival to the beautiful atmosphere in the restaurant it offers the perfect setting for any special occasion or just enjoying a relaxing meal. We were once again celebrating an outstanding anniversary meal at Prime and we couldn’t be happier. However, if value is what you are looking for, Prime might not be the best option but you can be assured to receive a delicious, high quality meal with premium ingredients and service!

   Steak was cold and was rubbery and chewy. They didn’t state that they charge for bread now!!!

   Service was poor and wait time for food was very long. When the steak arrived it was cooked incorrectly. Very disappointed maybe it was a bad night.

   Been going to Prime for over 15 years with my wife, few times a year, for anniversaries and birthdays. Something had drastically changed since the last visit. Our server incredible, professional, timely, but everything else seemed off. The food is not the same, the ambience was different and overall just walked out shocked.

   Steak is delicious, service is great. Very loud for my son's birthday and there was an entire side of the restaurant empty. Would have preferred to sit in a quieter area. Would be a reason to not return and it was 6:15 on a Thursday. Suggestion, sit people apart if you can to allow them to enjoy their dinner.

    We had an outstanding dining experience, with great service provided by Frank our waiter. The food was delicious and our steaks were cooked perfectly. Overall a great experience! We look forward to our next dinner at Prime.
