Dedicated to the expression of modern American cuisine, Prime is more than just a culinary adventure, it is a true experience. Guests can choose from an array of raw bar favorites, along with Mizu Sushi, and steaks and chops like filet mignon and parmesan-crusted veal chop. For those with a sweet tooth, there are several dessert options, along with the crowd-favorite espresso martini – all served with complimentary water views, as both Prime locations are directly on the water with boat accessibility.

Sunday Brunch is offered weekly, with catering options also available. For more grand, private events, please visit our event venue, HarborClubAtPrime.com.

Please note that reservations are recommended but walk-ins are always welcome...allowing you the time to explore our entire property with spectacular waterfront views.

    We had an outstanding dining experience, with great service provided by Frank our waiter. The food was delicious and our steaks were cooked perfectly. Overall a great experience! We look forward to our next dinner at Prime.

    Food is Always great. Margaritas can be better. The salt rim was sloppy and my drink had little ice. Which resulted in my drink to water down quick. I will order up drinks next time.

    The ambience is beautiful. The service is great. The steak I had was just so-so. Same with the veal chop that my companion had. The French fries were the only standout of our dinner. Bottom line, we had a nice dining experience but due to the food, we’re not rushing back.

    We have been to Prime several times before, but for brunch not dinner. This meal was in celebration of our 30th wedding anniversary, making it an especially worthy evening to justify the cost. While a bit extravagant, we must say that the ambiance, food and service were all outstanding! Prime is a great place to go to celebrate a special occasion and we would highly recommend it!

    Prime is an extremely well run establishment. It has great food, drinks and service. I would highly recommend Prime to anyone who enjoys fine dining at a superb location right on Huntington Bay.

    We had a wonderful time. Food was wonderful, staff attentive, pleasant and polite. Will definitely want to come back (pricy but quality of food excellent)
