Dedicated to the expression of modern American cuisine, Prime is more than just a culinary adventure, it is a true experience. Guests can choose from an array of raw bar favorites, along with Mizu Sushi, and steaks and chops like filet mignon and parmesan-crusted veal chop. For those with a sweet tooth, there are several dessert options, along with the crowd-favorite espresso martini – all served with complimentary water views, as both Prime locations are directly on the water with boat accessibility.

Sunday Brunch is offered weekly, with catering options also available. For more grand, private events, please visit our event venue, HarborClubAtPrime.com.

Please note that reservations are recommended but walk-ins are always welcome...allowing you the time to explore our entire property with spectacular waterfront views.

    A private event at Prime will offer your guests a unique setting, world class cuisine and a memorable dining experience. Whether your needs require anything from a waterfront elegant four course dinner to a casual Dockside cocktail party, Prime has you covered. The Vine Room can be divided into two smaller spaces for more intimate gatherings or it can remain as one room, hosting up to 64 of your guests. Our Porch can accommodate groups of up to 32 who can enjoy the fresh air and harbor views while enjoying the best that our kitchen has to offer. You can also choose the Hedge Bar for a cozy cocktail party with a spectacular view of Huntington Harbor and our breath taking susnet view.

    Great looking place. However, the food for the price you pay was disappointing. My wife and daughter could not eat the fish they ordered because it tasted awful.

    A lovely contemporary restaurant with a beautiful view, great food, great ambience, and great wait staff. Love the power lunch option but there are so many excellent choices. All delicious!

    This was our first time visiting Prime for my wife’s birthday and honestly we had a fantastic experience. As a “chef” by trade and being in the culinary industry for close to 15 years, i haven’t been that happy with spending what i did on food in a long time. My wife order the New York Strip med rare with a side of Mac and Cheese. The age on it was great. Not to nutty and funky that it’s a turn off for the majority of people, but not so mild that I questioned if it was actually aged. The Mac was perfect. I could eat it every day. I ordered the Half Chicken to try something different than I normally do. Hands down, best chicken and grits I have ever had from a restaurant. The Chicken was perfectly cooked yet the skin was just ever so perfectly golden and crisp, not charred like most places would make it. I suspect it’s a salt cure with some weight on it, but regardless how it’s done it’s amazing. I can’t wait to come back again!

    My wife and I decided to celebrate Valntine's Day early and we were glad we did. No crowds...no noise...no rush. Prime and our waiter Chris, made the night memorable. Food was excellent...pricey (to be expected at a high end bistro) and service was top notch! I highly recommend Prime for that special night out.
