Dedicated to the expression of modern American cuisine, Prime is more than just a culinary adventure, it is a true experience. Guests can choose from an array of raw bar favorites, along with Mizu Sushi, and steaks and chops like filet mignon and parmesan-crusted veal chop. For those with a sweet tooth, there are several dessert options, along with the crowd-favorite espresso martini – all served with complimentary water views, as both Prime locations are directly on the water with boat accessibility.

Sunday Brunch is offered weekly, with catering options also available.

Please note that reservations are recommended but walk-ins are always welcome...allowing you the time to explore our entire property with spectacular waterfront views – or you could spend some time at the Wave Bar, sipping on one of our signature cocktails.

A private event at Prime will offer your guests a unique setting, world class cuisine and a memorable dining experience. Whether your needs require anything from a waterfront elegant four course dinner to a casual Dockside cocktail party, Prime has you covered. The Vine Room can be divided into two smaller spaces for more intimate gatherings or it can remain as one room, hosting up to 64 of your guests. Our Porch can accommodate groups of up to 32 who can enjoy the fresh air and harbor views while enjoying the best that our kitchen has to offer. You can also choose the Hedge Bar for a cozy cocktail party with a spectacular view of Huntington Harbor and our breath taking susnet view.

Sparkle and shine this Christmas Eve with your favorite à la carte dishes plus delicious holiday & seasonal specials. We require a credit card to hold your reservation. There will be a $50/pp penalty charge for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance and no-shows.
New Year's Eve

Prime will only be serving a 4-Course Prix Fixe Dinner Menu this evening. The price per person will be $175 plus NYS tax & gratuity. Beverages will be available at à la carte pricing. We will have live music featuring DJ Justin Schwarz from 10pm- 2am. We require a credit card to hold your reservation. There will be a $50/pp penalty charge for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance and no-shows.

Beautiful restaurant and great atmosphere but the food was disappointing. Party of 7 ordered apps, bread, wine, steaks with bill >$1000. The NY strips were small and thin, more like what you would get at Outback than a top steakhouse like Prime. I'm ok spending $70+ per steak for a nice juicy big wonderful steak but that is not what we received. Although this had been my favorite location, it will be a long time until we return.

I celebrated my birthday with my family at Prime. We decided to dine there because of the years and years of delicious food, and the ambiance. We enjoyed another great meal, service was as usual excellent, and we enjoyed the wonderful view. I highly recommend Prime.

This is the second year I’ve came to Prime to celebrate Thanksgiving (with standard menu) . Outstanding food + service , ambience is always so warm and welcoming love the decor and vibe of the restaurant . Professional staff and the food is worth making the 45 minute drive from south shore to dine ! Will be coming back next year ! Cheers to the Executive Chef + Kitchen Staff the food is always impeccable
