Dedicated to the expression of modern American cuisine, Prime: An American Kitchen & Bar is more than just a culinary adventure, it is a true experience. Guests can choose from an array of raw bar favorites, like blue point oysters, little neck clams, and lobster cocktail, along with Mizu Sushi, and steaks and chops like filet mignon and parmesan-crusted veal chop. For those with a sweet tooth, there are several dessert options, like New York style cheesecake, crème brûlée, and the crowd-favorite espresso martini – all served with complimentary water views, as both Prime locations are directly on the water with boat accessibility.

Sunday Brunch is offered weekly, with catering options also available.

Please note that reservations are recommended but walk-ins are always welcome...allowing you the time to explore our entire property with spectacular waterfront views.

Love is in the air for Valentine's Day at Prime. Immerse yourself in our romantic, waterfront setting, seated at our picturesque bar, and indulge on all your favorite Prime dishes, including sushi. Bar Seating only. 3-Course Prix Fixe only in Dining Room on Friday, 2/14. We require a credit card to hold your reservation. There will be a $50/pp penalty charge for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance and no-shows.

Fall in love with Prime: An American Kitchen & Bar this Valentine's Day when we will be serving a 3-Course Prix Fixe Dinner Menu on Friday, February 14th. $125 per guest plus tax and gratuity. Only reason 4 stars on food due to ordered burger med-well and got it med-rare. If I send it back, what does my guest do w/his salmon? That one issue aside, it is a top-shelf experience. and would definitely return.

Great hospitality. Knowledgeable staff, from host to bartender, to waitstaff. Good pacing of servings. Blue Point Oysters, Ceviche', Dragon Tail, Seafood Paella, Burgundy Wine - Excellent.

We booked this venue for New Year’s Eve, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The service was rude and unfriendly, which set a negative tone for the evening. The place was overbooked, resulting in a crowded environment where it was difficult to move around comfortably. We felt rushed throughout our meal, with staff pressuring us to finish quickly. Plates were even taken away before we were done eating. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and we wouldn’t recommend it for a special occasion.

My wife and I were at Prime for New Years Eve for a 6:00 pm reservation. The main dinning room was beautifully decorated with lots of big NYE helium balloons, what a wonderful site. The service was incredible, the wait service checked with us every chance they had. The food was superior. We will be back again and again.

While pricey, well worth it! The food is excellent. The view is great. Service is 5-star! Overall great experience. I have had a dozen business lunches there and go back each time because of their commitment to consistent excellence.

We had a table at the window. It got busy, though we never felt that we waited unduly long. The food was exquisite and the service friendly and efficient.
