The place was slammed. Of course it was, it was Saturday night before christmas. Our server had his hands full, but he juggled effortlessly with a personality that was top notch! Drew was fantastic and the food as always was top notch!

Our dinner at Prime & Provisions was outstanding. We started with handcrafted cocktails, each made with a special twist. Our server Drew was exceptional. He was attentive and engaging, explaining the menu and making sure our glasses were never empty (including our teen who was enjoying Shirley Temples). Our food was superb. My husband and one of our daughters enjoyed steaks, another daughter and I went with the Dover sole with the most delicious beurre blanc sauce, and our youngest enjoyed an off menu hamburger that Drew told her about. The sides were a hit as well - the mashed potatoes should not be missed! We ended the evening with the sundae cart and the banana cream pie. My only complaint of the evening was that we waited 25 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. We had cocktails while we waited, but 25 minutes seemed a bit long to have to wait. After 15 minutes I expect a restaurant to offer a small apology - comp an app, offer an amuse bouche, just something to acknowledge the inconvenience. Once we were seated the wait time was quickly forgotten and we had a wonderful night.

My Family and I dined there on 12-21-24. The setting is very attractive, service was good, and the entrees were well prepared. But the side portions that are shareable were small (served in the size of a coffee cup) and at $15 each they should have been a larger. Also the sides were all over seasoned mashed potatoes were covered in some kind of peppery crust, and the broccoli was way too garlicky. The salt and pepper is served in a small bowl mixed together so it is impossible to use just salt or just pepper. Also, buried in the bill was a 3.5% service fee. I see service fees at small businesses (deli's, small meat markets, etc.) but not at a pricey steak house. They will never see my face again. VERY POOR!

Went here for our 20th wedding anniversary. Got to the restaurant early, checked in and sat at the bar. Bartenders were fantastic and the drinks were great. We were not seated until I had to go back up to the hostess and ask. We were quickly seated at a table and greeted by a server. That was the last time we saw him for 45 minutes. We saw all the other servers running around to all the tables serving bread, taking orders, etc. He eventually came back to us and said they were sending servers home because it wasn’t busy. We asked for some bread and drinks and put in our order. For a place at this price point customer service and the experience should be a huge part of it. We were ignored for the majority of our visit. They did nothing to try and make up for the poor start to the night. We will not be back and will not recommend this place.

The best steaks we ever had - cooked perfectly, loved the roasted garlic, and the seasoning was incredible. The lobster Mac and cheese was the only thing we didn’t love

Awesome restaurant. Ordered from their special menu - party of 10 for Xmas lunch - late afternoon Food was great. Service was very slow. We had to go to kitchen to get someone to our table. maybe they were on break?

First time dining here, had some oysters and martinis during their happy hour. The oysters were the best I’ve ever had, super fresh and flavorful! Our steaks were a little overcooked, and after reading the dress code requirements I was a little surprised by a few people allowed inside…but overall everything was delicious. Our server was amazing and took very good care of us. We’ll be back.
