Welcome to Prime Bar, our first floor Mediterranean eatery and cocktail bar at Nisos Prime. Timeless Mediterranean classics are reimagined with a touch of local nostalgia. Whether you join us for a casual comfort meal or for after-work libations, prepare to indulge in a delightful array of savory creations crafted cocktail concoctions. Enjoy alfresco dining at Prime Bar's exterior 40 person seasonal patio. Prime Bar is one of the three distinct dining experiences at Nisos Prime, a modern Mediterranean steakhouse located in the heart of the West Loop. Be sure to also join us at The Lounge, a hidden cocktail lounge on our second floor offering a wondrous care-free late night experience full of energy and music and transporting guests to the nightlife of the Mediterranean.

    I watched the staff allow a person who was homeless or at the least unkempt to sit in the Prime bar. The staff questioned him because he didn't seem to be ok. They then served him water. He then proceeded to rob one of the customers. He had a knife. He attacked staff. I'm never returning.

    We went to celebrate a family member’s birthday, first time here. Service was excellent in the beginning and at the end, food was delicious, but there was one unfortunate situation where the ball was totally dropped and a large part of our drink orders were lost for 15 minutes right in the middle of dinner. The manager recognized the situation, which was appreciated, but we would rather have a smoother experience when we return, which we will.

    The waiter was very slow and brought the wrong food several times. It was a birthday dinner and it was very awful.

    Brought my best friend from Arizona here and she loved it! My experience was outstanding. Stefan and the staff are always so hospitable and they provide exceptional service. Filet Mignon and appetizers are always on point . :)

    Went for hh before taking a flight, great options. Talented bartender recommended and made amazing drinks. I went with prosciutto crostini and can never go wrong with oysters; interior was cute, highly recommend!

    Had a lovely time celebrating our friends birthday in style at this hip location! Food was good. Service was great. Price point was acceptable. Vibes were on point!
