The quality of the service was not as usual and one of the signature cocktails were not up to par During our meal a table of twenty people were seated directly across from us making our meal and conversation not enjoyable Food was not as good as usual

Very loud crowded space. Food was good but service wasn't great.The water glasses were hot out of the dishwasher and water was warm. Our waiter was nice but didn't stop at our table once to see how our meal was or if we needed more drinks until we were done. Our water glasses were empty through the meal. My wife and I each had one drink and my kids each had a Shirley Temple. We had four dinners with no appetizers or dessert and the bill was $400 with tip. The Capital Grill or Ruth's Chris is a better value.

Our waiter was amazing. Especially to other people. We realized if you have any color in your skin they are kind however not friendly. I would go back for the the food. However, service is ok

20% service charge for a party of 3 would be ok if experience was pleasant? Nope. Food poor. Service poor. Will not be back

For the price the restaurant missed several beats. My husband asked for more bread 4 times. We had to ask for refill for water and most egregious was that plates were removed without asking and the other couple we were with were still eating. The food was fine, but the restaurant does not rise to the level of the prices.

Primehouse, in my opinion, is the best restaurant in Nassau County. Great food and great and concerned service. A major league home run.

Quality dining. Sat at the bar. Frank behind the bar is a true pro. Prompt, efficient & friendly. Our drinks & food were on point and served spaciously where we weren't rushed, nor did we wait too long.

First time here and we loved it! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, the $9 for a bottle of water though, was a little out of hand, but otherwise the evening was perfect.
