Primi Italian Steakhouse, located on the South Shore of Long Island, has authentic Italian fare coupled with dry-aged prime steaks. Primi has been one of the leading restaurants to not only dine, but host an intimate and most delicious event! You may dine upstairs in our private room featuring a fireplace and long tables for an intimate affair; in our main dining room under the chandeliers with a speakeasy vibe and retro art design; or in front of our brick fireplace in the Lounge for a more relaxed feel and stimulating atmosphere, and lastly our outdoor Patio.
Our 18 seated Gally Bar is filled with the finest liquors, 2 flat screen t.v.'s, and our Wine Cases showcase and house some of the best wines in the World, along with all your favorites!
Guest favorites are our specialty...dry-aged steaks and classic Italian dishes!

We had an exceptional meal at Primi last night! Everything was delicious! As an appetizer my husband and I had the mussels and salad! My entree for dinner was the Scottish Salmon! Dessert was the ice cream brownie sundae with the carmel and pecan sauce! Everything was delicious! After dinner we hung out in the bar area. My friends and I had a great time! Not only is the food delicious and the service was great, the overall ambiance is beautiful!! We’ll definitely be back.

We had a great meal celebrating our daughter’s birthday. Everything was great until the last ten minutes. We had ordered dessert and before we were even five minutes into eating it, our server presented the check. When you are dropping $400 for a meal, you should not be made to feel rushed to leave.

Dinner preview was excellent walking in a very comfortable feeling the bar very comfortable bartender is very friendly ambience. Excellent sat down for dinner where the service and the food was above and beyond highly recommend.

Amazing experience! The food was delicious and the staff was attentive. We sat upstairs where the live music was playing. It was a bit loud but in a good way. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and they brought over a piece of cheesecake and the band signed to him. It was the perfect way to start the weekend!

The food is delicious. It can be crowded and loud but it doesn’t take away from the experience, I just sometimes feel like I’m yelling in order to be heard at the table.
