   So my genuine feeling about this experience is conflicted. I will break it down by pros/cons of my honest review. Pros: the food! It’s delicious! It’s pricey for sure but it’s really good. The music choice was super diverse and it was a really nice ambiance. The waitress was a sweetheart and the customer service was great Cons: their menu is a crusty wrinkle piece of paper. For a $62 steak I expected better honestly. Honestly that’s not that big of a deal. Their drink cocktail list needs improvement for sure. The bar was out of a common liquor gin but on Wednesday’s they have $7 Martinis so they should have gin for sure. My fiance ordered a dirty martini and instead of them advising that they were out they put vodka. She got really sick and I think they should have told us they were out of gin so she could have changed her choice. Their protein is very expensive and I feel like overall the restaurant needs a reset So that’s my opinion. It was good but disappointing at points. Dine at your will.

   Steak was over seasoned and I expected better for 52 dollars. Not much of a bourbon selection either. Overall not as good as advertised. Will most likely not going back.

   The the ships were wonderful. The food was from scratch. It was all anniversary. I really don’t like pasta, but because it was so fresh and so good I was eating my husband‘s food.

   Poor customer service and burnt food. Charcol burnt. It was awful Servers can’t provide high end service. They wait the tables like you’re at a skyline or a Steak ‘n Shake. Servers are slow. Unprofessional and the manager is even worse.

   I went to Primo for the first time for my anniversary dinner. It was a weekday, so it's was not very crowded. The service was great from the bar tender, front of the house, and waitress. The did was good and the presentation was very nice.

   Atmosphere was elegant but not snobby. Service was prompt but not intrusive. Steak was prepared correctly & delicious, as were the shrimp. Calamari was the best we've had in years. Well worth the price.

   My steak was way under cooked. I ordered a NY Strip- Med- it arrived medium rare- almost rare. They took it back it most of steak arrived medium but a big piece was still medium rare. It was very tasty tho. I just took the larger piece home to recook to medium. The bread was delicious. My husband ordered a burger, fries & Mac n cheese which was very tasty. They did take a bit too long for my refill of Coke. Overall it was a good experience and I would consider returning but it was a little pricey for a restaurant in Middletown

    If there was a title on this it would be "Almost". The food selection was wonderful but the food itself was almost there. The variety of dessert offerings were wonderful but the desserts themselves were just ok. I had the New England Clam Chowder and the Chop Chop Salad. The chowder was more broth than stuff and little seafood - it was obviously Manhattan Clam Chowder. The server said it had lobster, grouper and another fish. I never found any lobster. They had chopped the romaine for the salad but it was in 1"x3" pieces - you can't pick those up with a fork and you can't spear them. It was difficult to eat. And there was little dressing on them so I had to ask for more. My husband said the lasagna was so so. Our party of four ordered all desserts. Dessert was four hard cannolis, tiramisu that tasted bitter and not sweet, cheesecake that was served in a cup with the consistency of custard, and cherry panacotta. I just expected more.
