On New Year's Eve we had dinner at Princi Italia, Plano. I had requested via an online reservation that we have a table in a quieter area of the restaurant. And, the the hostess graciously accommodated us with seating in a rear corner. The service was outstanding despite the restaurant being crowded. The food was also very tasty. We ordered from the New Year's Eve menu. My husband's veal was outstanding. The sea bass and risotto were also excellent, although the portion was quite small for the price. We will definitely eat there again.

Food was just ok. Service was terrible. Wine list was horrific. Not a authentic Italian restaurant.

Spent New Year’s Eve having dinner they added specials to the menu which were excellent choices. Many families were there which added to atmosphere.

Our service was amazing. I felt very relaxed and enjoyed the music and ambiance . The food was very delicious and I am very picky with Italian food. Our server was very nice and recommended the vodka pasta with sausage and we were glad we listened because we ate it all. I was so tired from my long day so unfortunately I do not remember my servers name but I do remember he provided excellent service . We will be back

Always a favorite spot for a pre movie meal - Cinemark is across the parking lot. Friendly wait staff & food is consistently good.

It was Christmas Eve so complete acknowledgment that the server wasn’t supported at all and did the best she could without enough help. No manager seen helping the poor hostess manage an out of control situation. This was a failure of restaurant management to set their employees up for success.

The hostess forgot that we checked in upon arrival at 6:25pm for our 6:30 pm reservation. I had to remind her after watching other guests get seated. We waited about 30 min for our reserved table. The food was ok, but we’re from Houston, so we’re used to amazing restaurants. We ordered a side of mac & cheese at the same time we ordered our entrees. Unfortunately, the side dish was delivered after our meal, while we waited for our check.
