   This is a hidden gem offering great Italian food. The location is unassuming, but the food and the service are outstanding. Even the chef-owner stopped by our table and had a nice conversation with us. We will keep coming!

   The first time we tried this restaurant we did love it so much we wanted to bring our family. The first time the portions were small, but we thought maybe next time we should order more and see if portions are better with other entrees- they’re not. We came a family of 5, and the usual large Italian size family portions are not here. We did order double chicken with our meals this time but that was hardly enough. Chicken came out and they were completely flattened, overcooked, making them super rubbery and dry. On my dish, my pasta was also incredibly salty. I didn’t even touch it and although the waiter asked if it was ok, I was chewing my chicken at the time, I let it go. We paid and tipped a normal 20% but we won’t be coming here a third time.

   Very nice restaurant with an authentic italian vibe, is like hidden gem! We went on Valentines so the menu was limited and maybe because of that we didnt loved the food as much as we wanted! We had to return the pasta bolognese it was undercooked and the sauce didn’t taste like a real bolognese. We are looking fed to coming back on a more regular day to try the full menu as it has very good options and good reviews! Staff was very helpful and friendly even when they were super busy!

   Food was really yummy but it took over 1 hour to get our first course and another 45 min to get our main course. I had to take food home wasn’t hungry by the time food came.

   I have been here four times and enjoyed my experience However, this Valentines Day was extremely disappointing. Set menu with set price. Food was not acceptable. Crowded. Noise level very high. Small table with no room for dishes. To say I was extremely disappointed is putting it mildly..I sent my gnocchi back and did not get another entree Sauce was like Campbell tomato soup.They took a few dollars off bill but the pint is I did not find an entree on the limited menu. I brought my Friend from Italy and was embarrassed by the quality of the food we were served. Bruschetta was on thick bread not toasted. No juice. His steak was fatty. I know it was crowded due to Valentines Day but I’m unsure if I will give them another try.

   We have been to Prosecco 22 in Pembroke Pines several times since it first opened and the first few times we were very pleased with the food and service. Since they've expanded this restaurant we have been very disappointed with the food and the menu. Thursday night the restaurant was fairly busy and immediately upon being seated we noticed how loud and inappropriate for dinner the music was. You had to have the wait staff repeat themselves constantly in order to hear what they were saying. It was like being in a club not a small restaurant. One of the other tables also asked the waiter to turn the music down. It took two tries for the volume to be reduced and you could converse with each other without shouting. Next came the drinks. I ordered a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon as I planned on having a steak. This being an Italian restaurant I expected a decent quality of wine. What I received was a sweet, awful tasting wine. This was the only Cab Sauv the wine list offered. I returned the wine and was offered a possibly drier wine, which may be their Chianti. After two sips it tasted very similar to the Cab Sauv in that it was sweet and poor quality. I did not finish that glass as it did not remotely pair well with the steak I ordered. I appreciate that they would rather sell Prosecco, as the restaurant name implies, however, if they are going to offer a very limited wine list at least make it drinkable and of good quality. We started with the beef carpaccio, which was very nice. Our main courses consisted of ribeye steaks to be grilled to a medium rare. Two pasta dishes were both very lovely. The side of broccolini was not at all broccolini, but sauteed broccoli. If the item is unavailable, just say so and offer a substitute. One steak was done just right and the other was closer to medium well instead of medium rare. It tasted fine. Dessert was Affagado and it was almost the best part of the menu. All in all it was a disappointing dinner.

   First time visiting this restaurant and it will definitely not be the last time. The ambiance was very nice with life background singer. Our waitress Paola was very kind, attentive and well versed in the menu and specials. We ordered grilled octopus and beef carpaccio for appetizer which were excellent. For main course I had Oso Bucco ravioli and my wife lobster ravioli. Best ravioli we both have had in a long time. Wine selection is good. A big thumbs up!!

    A spectacular experience, the food is delicious, we recommend the vitel tone, the sauce is delicious, we recommend the parpadels, although everything is delicious.
