A little history… Have you ever walked into a place, and you instantly feel at home? Well, Puckett's Grocery and Restaurant is that sort of place. Founded in the 1950s, Puckett's served as a country store to several communities in Williamson County. It has always been the place to buy some food, grab a good homemade sandwich and catch up on the day's events in the world and at home. In 2004, Puckett's opened in Historic Downtown Franklin, and now in 2010, Downtown Nashville as well. Southern breakfasts with local, organic eggs, award winning burgers, plate lunches,fresh salads, cherry wood smoked BBQ pulled pork and ribs, and homemade desserts, make every meal memorable. Add live entertainment from some of Nashville's greatest artists and songwriters and you have the complete Puckett's experience! Open at 7am every day, Puckett's invites you to come on down and see us! Real Food, Real People, Real Fun!

We are locals and this wasn’t our first time at Pucketts altho we don’t go often - and tonight reminded me of WHY we don’t go often… The service was extremely slow (it took 15mins to put in our drink order and another 10mins to get the drinks - water/tea/sodas)… the place always seems crowded which is good on their marketing people because it is so extremely overrated. We ordered 2 apps and dinner for 6 people - 2 of those being kids that only ordered French fries - my point being nothing that we ordered was difficult - and it took almost an hour to get our food. Once we got it, it was mediocre at best. $154 for poor service, fried food that tasted gross - and the loud live music (which I typically love) was just annoying. When you have a choice for a good experience - DO NOT GO HERE. Yuck.

We enjoyed our dinner and following morning breakfast. The band was perfect for our celebration. We love returning to pucketts any time we are in the area!

We were able to sit on the patio and enjoy the beautiful fall evening eating shrimp and grits and catfish! The food was fantastic and service was great!!! The beer my husband had (Jackalooe Brown)was super and my blackberry manhatten was divine! We ended with the fried brownie sundae! Well worth the calories we didn’t need!! So crunchy and yummy!! Highly recommend Pucketts for a perfect evening in Franklin!

We so enjoyed live music from The Deltaz and the environment of Puckett’s. The food and service were great, too. We love it!

Food and service were excellent! Live music was great! Gentleman was very talented. Highly recommend sharing “The Whole Farm” entree with someone. Sooo good!

Great night out with friends. Bailey very personable and excellent server . Would have loved to have stayed longer for their live music this evening . Sliders, chicken fried steak, nachos … everyone happy with their choices . Wish they were in Tucson !

We had my daughter's 12th birthday party at Puckett's last night and it was so much fun. We had a party of 13 with 10 12 yr olds all sitting at one table and the service and food were great! The band was incredible and the girls loved having a show to watch during dinner. It was such a lovely experience start to finish! Thank you Puckett's!

The food is great at Pucketts, but they had live music that was wayyyyy too loud. You could hardly talk to the person sitting next to you without yelling. Get that live music turned down a little and it would be a much better experience.
