Puckett’s roots stretch way back to the ‘50s and a little grocery store in the village of Leiper’s Fork, Tenn. Ever since then, we’ve been focused on providing friends new and old with great food and Southern hospitality — and five restaurants later, that aim still rings true. Puckett’s has built a name on hosting live, local musical acts and serving Southern staples. Authentic comfort food — classics like the meat-and-three and our famous slow-smoked BBQ — in a laid-back and down-home atmosphere is what we aim for you to remember. We hope you’ll come to visit us soon!

Tanner out server was GREAT!! His mgmt/hostess NOT SO MUCH I realize these are tough times in the restaurant industry, people not wanting to work or too scared to work and it poses a problem in a tourist town to accomodate patrons. they had 2 servers and a bartender all bussing and running food, well let me say running food, NOBODY WAS BUSSING!! You did however have a mgr(?) and a male host who did nothing but look around at the tables every 5 minutes or stand against the wall to listen to the live music, but they never pitched in to run food or bus a table and had a waiting room of about 10 people and a 55 minute wait time. those of us who were seated, stared at dirty tables or a half bussed table. If this is how you keep from seating people due to the lack of staff, FIND ANOTHER WAY!! The pigeon forge location is tarnishing the Pucketts reputation if this is how they conduct business daily. I seriously doubt that I will return to this location and I say that with sadness as I am a HUGE Pucketts fan, just not here though

There were only two servers and it took almost 90 minutes to get our food. The food itself was terrible. We love Pucketts Nashville and had hoped for a similar experience, but we would not go back. Upside was the live music — great guy

Very clean with a nice atmosphere for table conversation. There was a slight mixup with orders but otherwise the food was good. Hostess is Phenomenal woman! They need to give her a raise.

Brisket was great, service was excellent and one of the few places that takes reservations in the area.

The smoked meatloaf was just excellent!! What we really have to shout out about is our server and manager Elle. What an hard working person! Despite being short-staffed, she gave her utmost attention to every customer. And did I mention the food? Delicious and reasonably priced!

Simple place- with really good food! If you are on a diet .. avoid this place :) self control is likely going to be an issue.
