   2:15 reservation: All 3 meats were heavily smoked for the Thanksgiving meal. The mashed potatoes and green bean casserole were smoky tasting too. (Possibly inadvertently??) The mac and cheese was dry and cold, but did not have a smoked flavor. We declined the sweet potato casserole. It did look good with the toasted marshmallow topping, we just didn’t want to waste food that we knew we would not eat. Too much smoke can be “loud.” I have had acid reflux and heartburn for over 8 hrs now and have taken 4 antacids so far. I swear I could blow smoke rings if I burped. I had to skip supper too. This meal did not sit with me or my husband. My husband had 2 drinks; those plus the 2 meals was $101.00 not including the tip that we did leave for our flustered waitress. The food did come out quickly and she was attentive to our needs on a very busy day.

   Food was ok at best, that’s being generous. Definitely not worth the money spent. Would not recommend Puckett’s in Pigeon Forge to anyone!

   Still had a wait time even though I had reservations. The service was awful I had to wait on myself. They did not serve a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. The food was horrible.

   In Pigeon Forge for Thanksgiving and decided to go to Puckett's for Thanksgiving dinner. We have always gone to Puckett's in Nashville and the food was always excellent. With that being said, we were expecting the same in Pigeon Forge. The choices for Thanksgiving were very good. It was served family style. The bread was excellent. The remaining dishes were served with no serving utensils. Nothing really stood out at all. The sides tasted like they were out of a can or frozen and the meats were just typical with nothing special. The meat loaf was awful and the desserts were not good at all as well. We expected quite a bit more for $40/person. We also felt very rushed.

   Was a delicious Thanksgiving meal! Very organized and super friendly. Will definitely go back many times for the regular menu.

   Tanner out server was GREAT!! His mgmt/hostess NOT SO MUCH I realize these are tough times in the restaurant industry, people not wanting to work or too scared to work and it poses a problem in a tourist town to accomodate patrons. they had 2 servers and a bartender all bussing and running food, well let me say running food, NOBODY WAS BUSSING!! You did however have a mgr(?) and a male host who did nothing but look around at the tables every 5 minutes or stand against the wall to listen to the live music, but they never pitched in to run food or bus a table and had a waiting room of about 10 people and a 55 minute wait time. those of us who were seated, stared at dirty tables or a half bussed table. If this is how you keep from seating people due to the lack of staff, FIND ANOTHER WAY!! The pigeon forge location is tarnishing the Pucketts reputation if this is how they conduct business daily. I seriously doubt that I will return to this location and I say that with sadness as I am a HUGE Pucketts fan, just not here though
