   Review Terrible, terrible, terrible experience!!! Got in at 5:00 to a very empty restaurant and got our food at 6:10. I saw other patrons get up and leave after waiting for just a waiter. Very little interaction with our waiter, so we were just left in the dark about when our food would come out. They even had issues with our order after we waited AN HOUR….Wow!! Just terrible!!! Food was okay, BUT THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!!!!!! Again…it’s a barely half-filled restaurant and it WAS THIS SLOW!!!

   We waited for 20 minutes to have a server get to our table, then another 45 minutes for our food to arrive. The food came out cold. Not an enjoyable experience.

   I had a reservation for my family and I for 6pm on 4/5. We arrived and were sat once we made it to the host stand, however it took 25 mins before a server ever arrived to our table. Matter of fact, if I didn’t go say something to our host two different times we probably never would’ve gotten served. Once our server, or so we thought, finally arrived he went and grabbed us some water. When he left, another server came up to our table with a very obvious attitude asking if we had been served yet. I asked her if she was our server since we had just had another server come and take our drink orders, and she rolled her eyes and stormed away. Apparently she was supposed to be our server the whole time even though she walked past our table several times after we were sat and never even acknowledged us. I requested a new server which turned out to be the one who took our drink orders. After all of the confusion we finally order our food which took about another 30 mins to arrive and cold at that. We then tried to play some games, however some of the free games, specifically for hole, were not available due to sections near them being rented out. Considering i’ve been here before on a few other occasions I can easily say this was the worst experience i’ve ever had at the punchbowl social.

   Service was slow. I was seated an hour after my reservation and the place was not busy. Nobody was at the games counter until I asked a bartender to find someone. Foods were spicy that you didn't expect to be spicy like pork and marinara sauce. Dont recommended a sunday unless you're going for games with kids.

   Had a great time. Thanks! Kid grilled cheese sandwich came 5 minutes after adult meals. Felt a lot longer from the kids perspective.

   This was a fun date with my hubby wasn't crazy busy went around 2 by the time we were leaving it was busy. Food was yummy. Great choices of things to do!

    We had a great experience for our team outing. Our sever was Jordan and she was amazing. She checked on us several times and also took photos we needed taken! Thanks Jordan for being so great!
