I always make sure to Dine at Punta Medano each visit to Cabo. The ceviches and aguachiles are so fresh and perfectly-balanced. I dream of having them when I am home in Los Angeles. The ambience of the restaurant is intimate, yet hidden. And once you find it, you will always want to come back. Their cocktail program is in my opinion some of the Best in all of Cabo. Thank you Chef Luis and Staff! Always with the warm welcome to your restaurant. Your passion truly translates into the quality of each dish and cocktail.

Excellent fresh seafood and fantastic service. The ceviches are excellent, presented very thoughtfully and the flavors all come together very well. Each dish is very artistic and the attention to detail is first class. We had an excellent meal, with excellent service and will be back again!

He has completely redefined my appreciation for ceviche and Baja cuisine. His passion for his craft is evident in every detail, every flavor, every bite. Each dish feels like a love letter to the region, a celebration of its rich culinary traditions infused with his own innovative flair. Take the oysters, for example. These weren’t just oysters—they were a revelation. Most oysters come simply served on the shell, leaving you to dress them as you like. Not here. Amazing dining experience! We found this gem on our last night in Cabo. It was, by far, our best restaurant meal over the course of our week here. We had the guacamole and three of the ceviches - all of which were incredibly fresh and flavorful. Their pisco sours were amazing as well. The restaurant is super cute - both inside and out. The staff were awesome and it was fun to also meet the chef! We highly highly recommend this restaurant - you must go!
