In its festive and inviting restaurant, Pura Vida serves scrumptious Latin American cuisine made with top-quality ingredients. Start your meal with one of the delicious boquitas, such as the guacamole with corn chips and the ceviche de camarones. Some of Pura Vida’s house specialties include the shredded beef enchiladas slathered in salsa verde, the pasta con pollo chicen penne pasta with olives and capers in tomato sauce and the savory Caribe grilled tilapia with tequila shrimp. Pura Vida also has a popular array of handhelds, such as the Cubano sandwich piled high with roast pork, ham, cheese, pickles, mustard and garlic spread, the pollo asado sandwich with chipotle mayo and the vegetarian chorizo burrito with all the fixings. For a sweet end to your exotic feast, enjoy the homemade ginger-coconut rice pudding with a refreshing coconut water.
