   What a treat! It was just my husband and I for Easter this year, so when I saw that our favorite chef was doing a special Easter prix fixe menu, I jumped at the chance. With large pieces of veal and the marrow's richness, my husband's veal ragu was one of the most flavorful pasta dishes I have ever tried. Of course, my lamb chops were also outstanding; seared in duck fat, I believe, to a perfect medium rare. Everything from A-Z was perfection, Chef Chris; thank you, and Emily, for another deliciously memorable meal.

   Quality Foods Market is right up there with the best of the best restaurants anywhere. Every meal we’ve had has been over the top. The name of the restaurant may not be conventional, but Chef Chris gives it meaning with unbelievable quality in everything he makes. I was part of a group doing a private wine pairing and until yesterday, I had never enjoyed oysters or caviar in my life. Both were part of this dinner and both were freaking delicious. Chef said it was all about the quality and told me that the caviar was French and the oysters came from Canada. From now on, if it’s on the menu and Chef Chris suggests it, I’m giving it a try. The entire experience is always phenomenal.

   We attended a private wine pairing meal with a group of coworkers. It was six courses over 4 hours and each course was out of this world. We had oysters, caviar, escargot, a salad, pasta with sage butter, and the best filet mignon I've ever had. Dessert was a pear that had been poached in red wine. I've never seen or tasted anything like it. Each course was paired with a different Italian wine. Chef Chris explained each course and each wine. We all had a great time and are discussing doing another one later this year.

   Two days ago I ate at Quality Foods Market. Yesterday I arrived in Milan, and had dinner at L'immagine Bistrot Ristorante. It was magnificent and anyone visiting Milan should try it out. But it was not quite as good as the wine pairing dinner I enjoyed on Monday at Quality Foods Market. Kudos to Chef Chris and his team for crafting and serving up a world class experience that compares favorably to most of the better restaurants I've eaten at in Italy.

   Best Easter meal I've had in years! Quality Foods Market is already our favorite restaurant, and when we saw the fixed menu for Easter we had to book. My wife had the lamb chops with mixed mushroom risotto and I had the veal ragu as our mains. WOW! Both were amazing, and the service was wonderful as always. Chef Chris and his wife Emily have created a truly special place with Quality Foods Market and we are lifelong fans.

   Best dining experience in Tampa. Do yourself a favor and go to Quality Foods & Market for a personal and relaxing dining experience. The food is excellent and made either the highest quality of ingredients. Always an excellent choice for any meal.

   For a truly amazing dinner all the way around I highly recommend. The food is outstanding and Chef Chris goes out of his way to explain the menu. He even helps choose wine from the biggest collection of wines I've seen outside of Bern's. The service is also exceptional. We are already planning our next visit.

   What a fantastic meal last night! I say this every time, I know but I think that the gnocchi is my new favorite dish! It is cheesy and flavorful and the gnocchi aren't all gummy like other places, they were cooked to perfection. The pesto pasta was amazing as always, the sauce wasn't oily like so many other places where the oil just drips from the pasta, it was absolutely perfectly balanced. Thank you again Chef Chris for another amazing meal! For anyone looking for an amazing meal in a cozy atmosphere, you HAVE to try Quality Foods Market! I have had almost everything on the menu here from their incredible Hereford Heritage Ribeye to their succulent lamb chops and each meal is cooked to absolute perfection! Chef Chris prides himself on this and would not serve his food any other way!

    Quality Foods Market is like walking into the best local spot in whatever town in Italy you happen to be in. The service is impeccable and the food is incredible. Everything is fresh and flavorful. The pace of the meal is also perfect. It's upscale dining in a cute and casual setting, and we love that. It reminds us of so many little places throughout Europe.
