Quality Meats is the best steakhouse in New York City. Located in Midtown Manhattan near Central Park, MOMA, Carnegie Hall, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, and Times Square, Quality Meats features modern interpretations of familiar dishes and flavor combinations, resulting in unique tastes, innovative presentations, and a distinctive Quality Meats style. The warm, industrial décor by award-winning designers AvroKO draws on cues from traditional New York City family-owned butcher shops, in the use of warm wood, stainless steel, and white marble.

    This is one of my favorite steakhouses in NYC . It never disappoints! The steaks are top notch and the apps are fantastic.

    The service was great & they make you feel special on your birthday but I personally wouldn’t rank the filet in my top 10.

    Our table was ready, but we had to wait for the Maitre'd to seat ue. Medium rear steaks were on the dry side.

    Steak tartare was amazing. The filet was cooked perfectly. The salmon has nice flavoring and the creme brûlée corn was excellent. Our waiter Shak, was on top of his game.

    We had a wonderful experience and an outstanding meal - our waiter Louis (there 14 years) was a pro and added to the experience. We especially loved the caviar, bacon (wow!), the bernaise and truffle butter with our steak. Thank you - the college kids said best meal ever!

    Despite the reservation, we had to wait half an hour to be seated. During the unexpected and unreasonable wait, we were offered a drink, which we were later charged for. However, the waitstaff was very professional and skilled, and the food was well-prepared.
