Quarter Acre, a welcoming neighbourhood restaurant combined with an upscale dining experience, is inspired by Chef Toby Archibald’s world travels and New Zealand roots. When you enter Quarter Acre, you will be transported to a place of warmth and character. A journey from the earthy green musk of the New Zealand rainforest to the cool blue of the Pacific Ocean.

The Culinary Experience:
Enjoy food prepared using both classic and modern techniques with a strong influence placed on local and national, seasonal produce. At the same time, global ingredients will also have their place at the table, in particular items from Toby’s home country of New Zealand, such as fresh seafood and unique meats and flavours.

When dining with us, Quarter Acre accepts cash, debit, and credit card. A 3.4% convenience fee will be added to all payments made by credit card.

                                                Quarter Acre is a wonderful dining experience. The single bites were superb - great choices to appetizer/salad and entrees. Nice ambiance. We have been before and keep coming back. A relaxed enjoyable dinner. Worth the trip!

                                                The Valentine special menu 5-course dinner was superb in every way. Each course was beautifully plated, professionally served, and provided a wonderful mix of flavors. We enjoyed it from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Dining here made us want to visit New Zealand for more fantastic food!

                                                My experience at Quarter Acre was generally good. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff are amazing. The food was delicious. However, the chef’s ego seems to be more important than his customer’s needs. As someone with a cross section of food allergies, I requested very simple modifications to an entree (remove one item and increase the portion of another item already in the dish) and I was told that wasn’t an option. While this was a good experience, I won’t ever return here because I won’t spend my money in a place where ego is the most important factor for the business.

                                                Chef Toby has done an incredible job with his 5 star dining experience. The drinks and food exceed that of a fine dining 5 star experience. The staff are friendly and savvy on the menu and how to guide your culinary experience. Don’t be shy to branch out and try things you don’t think you would like, you’ll be pleasantly surprised as everything has phenomenal flavor and balanced textures.
