Quemadero is a gastronomic experience that brings together premium products from Baja California—from land and sea—with fire and raw techniques and signature mixology in front of the Sea of Cortez. Connected by a musical thread—restaurant and bar—they create multiple spaces for celebration, proposing fire as a link between man and La Baja. Fire cooking is an integral part of our menu and we work with local fishermen and farmer friends to find the best seasonal products.
