   We liked the Food, drink and ambience were great. We tried the cured menu and almost like everything on the menu.

   Incredible balance of flavour. Drinks could have been more original and thought through. Food absolutely OUTSTANDING. Balance of flavours, presentation is Michelin star. Service could be better, as was the seating. Explanation of dish, would have be nice to been audible and not pressured speech. At times wait staff was difficult to getting attention. Go for food and the experience, it's a casual dining experience, more of a dress down. Suggestions - better tequila list, one you have is basic, but does go well with drinks. Make a signature drink for your restaurant.

   It was such a great experience. The food was amazing, full of flavor and really authentic. The vibe of the place was super lively, with a fun, warm atmosphere that made everything feel special. The service was on point, too. really friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I loved the whole experience and will definitely be coming back for more!

    After living in NYC for 6 years and dining at a lot of Michelin restaurants around the world, Quetzal is still our favorite. It's such a treat when we go come home and can have dinner with friends and family here. Perfect night.
