OUR STORY
Quincy's is a secret destination for locals, architecturally designed by owner Shawn Godwin of Base Architecture. The venue draws inspiration from world-renowned Los Angeles architect from the 1930’s, Archibald Quincy Jones.

Like all great businesses with genuine community-driven aspirations, this unique space is filled to the brim with local beer and wine, as well as a cocktail menu that showcases the best spirits that Australian distillers have to offer.

Catering to all ages, Quincy’s is yours to enjoy and we invite you to come and see what it’s all about.

    Thank you for accomodating us on Friday night. We all had a wonderful night .. the booth space was fabulous.. delicious gin and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Thank you.

    As it was my first time and from a different area.. my expectations were I was going to a restaurant with a menu not a Cafe cabinet.

    Great suburban bar / cafe. Service is fantastic and exceptional and super friendly. Food at night was brilliant, wine great. Highly recommend.

    Awesome little bar, with a great range of quality gins and quite a few nice wines as well. The staff are knowledgeable and attentive and seem to have found that perfect spot between professionalism and friendliness. Would definitely recommend!

    Great selection of quality gins (and other drinks) at reasonable prices - especially for a suburban location. Awesome staff, who were both friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely return...!

    Nice range of drinks and food. Staff unfortunately were not focused on clearing tables as we cleared own table of glasses and tables had not been cleared when we arrived despite not busy at the time. Did enjoy our afternoon there though.
