A lovely meal on Friday at Quinta Everything we had was excellent and very reasonably priced. We particularly liked Quinta have revived the practice a bringing a basket of bread to nibble on arrival - and excellent bread too ! Lots of great fish on the menu too We enjoyed a very reasonable Portuguese wine too. Our only suggestion is to request more than one vegetarian main on the special menu. Although the celeriac was delicious , it just happened that we had eaten celeriac the night before. So a choice would have been good. But the vegetarian scotch egg starter was first class ! Thank you for a lovely evening. And so near Ilkley station to hop on the train home ..👍👍

We all enjoyed our dishes at Quinta. My cod on a bed of fava beans was delicious, the cod cooked to perfection. My daughter had the pasta with seafood , she thought the pasta light and authentically ‘home made’ the seafood with this dish was plentiful. My husband had the duck which he said was succulent. Staff were friendly and courteous. Initially we were shown to a table by the door but when asked if we cd move tables this was not a problem This was our first visit to Quinta and we are already planning our next.

Fantastic meal with excellent friendly service, delicious food that felt that bit special and beautifully presented, and in general a nice relaxed atmosphere. Certainly will be returning! Thank you for a super evening!

The restaurant was busy, the service was excellent. The food was very good. The homemade bread was seriously good. Everyone enjoyed their food and we will be returning.

Really love this restaurant. It is family owned, small, friendly , with amazing food and good value. There is enough choice but not overwhelming. The table d ‘hote is very good value and high quality.

We chose lunch from the Festive Menu . A good selection on each course -my husband had a staarter and a main course. I preferred to have two starters to leave room for the pudding. The cauliflower soup was excellent, the twice-baked souffle also as good as it looked but the Christmas Pudding was too heavy for my taste, so a bit disappointing.

Excellent food and service. Hadn’t realised there would be live music on when we booked online so it was a bit noisy for us and difficult for conversation. There should be a way of showing this when booking on open table. It was also a different t menu and price to the one we expected.

It's been quite a while since I've been back to Quinta, but I remember it as being excellent so I recently booked a table for lunch with a friend. Thankfully, it was as good as I remember. Excellent complementary warm bread followed by three courses of top quality food accompanied by a lovely medium bodied Portuguese red and, of course, a couple of glasses of port and grappa. The food portions are not massive, but it's certainly quality over quantity - why would you want mediocre food just to stuff you full at lunch time? A most enjoyable and relaxing lunch at a restaurant that obviously makes every effort to properly source, cook and serve delicious food.
