LOUD! SOULLESS, UNCOMFORTABLE, RUSHED... not dining just eating. Good sushi, not exceptional, but good. We won't go again.

Made a last-minute reservation online as we were in the area and I remembered seeing this restaurant being built several months back. Restaurant had a slight chlorine smell as you entered but we were hungry and with the family so we kept on. We were quickly seated. Server did not introduce themselves, explain the menu/restaurant etc but did appear in a timely manner. Felt as though the server did not want to answer any questions and was sort of dismissive. Didn't realize the restaurant was more of a chain restaurant vs a sushi restaurant until I saw the menu and the sushi roll descriptions. Nonetheless we asked to clarify the items inside a pretty standard roll, just in case, and the server didn't seem confident in their response but also did not seek confirmation from other staff. The rolls came out with a different ingredient inside the roll than it normally has so we had to send back. One appetizer and my husband's entree never came out either, nor did the server notice until we mentioned it. Though they offered to send the item to be made immediately we declined as the rest of the family had already finished their meals and we did not want to stay any longer. Nothing was comp'ed (?sp) from the bill for the inconvenience or any apology made. Has the potential to be much better if they work on service. The food we did have was good. Pricing is a bit high for what you get (e.g., Katsu chicken is almost $30 for just the chicken and a small slaw, no rice, and about the same in quality as something you could get at a counter like Bento for half the price). The surrounding area is great for a date night or family dinner.

Celebrated birthday. One meal of 3 came 20 minutes before others. Rice had no flavor. No sauces with one meal. Diet Coke glass was refilled with water. Disappointed.

Our server Sara was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. However, the hostess name Uniqua was extremely rude, unprofessional and unwelcoming. The food was good, the service was great, the hostess wasn’t.

We hosted our two great friends Thursday evening and received super service from Olivia and staff. Our meals were just right and delicious.

It was a little slow to receive our drinks. Was not able to get the any of the specialty cocktail drinks I asked for because they did not have pumpkin spice mix. Waited a bit for a couple of the dishes.

The food took a ve try long time to come out, the server kept apologizing but no manager came to the table, and we liked the place but like this I wouldn’t go back
