Told us we had 2 hours to eat before it changed to dinner,only 15 minutes afterwards the food was taken. No one served us at the stand Food quality has dropped,no flavour to food items

Had used this restaurant numerous times previously and found that the food was always of a high standard. The Restaurant today was quiet, had booked for a large party, was surprised to find that there was a notice on the counter advising that the prices had increased the day before, but no notification to advise prior to arrival. The food once again was a good quality, the muscles had all be removed from the shell and the empty shells remained in bowl. The restaurant was extremely clean, food plentiful and of good quality. Staff were hard to find, we had to wait at the counter for approx 10 minutes before someone came to serve us. Overall value for money it is not as good as it was previously.

The dishes were not washed properly.. Rice and chicken curry was sweet to taste.... which is bizarre and I assume they have added sugar to it

Staff weren’t that accommodating. Arrived at the 1 o’clock sitting for the Melbourne cup buffet. Hostess not very friendly. Not much food to choose from when we got there. Most of it dried up. But on the whole it was ok. Need to up your customer service.

Food was good. Wasn’t really the Melbourne Cup lunch we were expecting from the advertising. We didn’t receive Champagne on arrival, I later found these sitting on the bar to take yourself, would have been nice to be told this. We were never offered any Raffles tickets or sweeps. There was no real atmosphere to make it feel like an event at all, just the regular lunch buffet but everyone dressed up nicer.

The variety wasn't much, some food could have been cooked better. I'm a big fan of garlic bread, but it felt like it had been reheated and was hard as a rock. Spring rolls were amazing but apart from that there wasn't much else to compliment. The service is definitely 5 out of 5, but I must admit I was kind of disappointed. The desert was ok and the drinks. But if the menu was a bit like Richlands it could definitely pop off as the central buffet spot in Ipswich. It's an amazing venue with a lot of carparks.

Love coming here for dinner and lunch. The food is always great and the service is good too. Just the right amount of items on the menu so you don’t get overwhelmed. Always clean and tidy and with staff constantly clearing dirty glasses and plates away. You won’t be disappointed, I haven’t been. 🙂

Always enjoy our meals at Raceview, we normally go for lunch but last night had dinner. The food was good but not a lot of difference with the food at lunchtime but more expensive.

Food was dry and over cooked Roast meat was like trying to eat a rock The oil needs changing for the fry food as spring rolls calamari was holding all the old oil
