Superb dining experience! DJ made it great from the start. 3 of us - enjoyed flatbread of the day (pepperoni bacon), Italian Harvest salad, beef florentine, beef gorgonzola gnocchi, strawberry sorbet and chocolate gelato. Also a bottle of Alki Merlot and Full Sail amber ale. Ready, set, go, to Ragazza di Bufalo in Donnelly, Idaho!

We have dined at Regazza since its opening (what ear was that??) Concerned we have been with Chef Steve's joining the Tamarack team as Executive Chef... HOWEVER, all three of our dinners were 10* out of 5*. His team were outstanding - Julie, with remembering that I like 'hot' water immediately voiced her memory of this (we had not been able to be at our Tamarack cottage since last summer.... and DJ was a lovely assistant. The beet salad was new and remarkably presented and delicious... ... I could continue but you have the sense that this is worth becoming your favorite place to dine in Valley County... and the Verementino Wine is not to be missed.

All meals were good the only issue was the Gorgonzola gnocchi- it was almost as if it was made in a huge pot and scooped out because there were very few gnocchi triple the amount of sauce that was needed, minimal tenderloin not many mushrooms. Almost like when you get soup and the person who scooped it didn’t make sure everything was in the scoop.

This was a fantastic 1-day before Valentines dinner outing. A real gem for the area. Definitely worth getting advanced reservations. The best surprise besides the beauty and flavor of the food was the wine list-superb!
