12.12.12 We began a journey together with the community of Hudson, Massachusetts. An idea to open a small flatbread shop evolved into something we could only dream about. Our story is about a community's hope to do something special and to bring attention back to the things that matter most- like sitting around a fire, with warm friends, cold beers and great flatbread! Although delicious wood fired flatbread pizza is the champion on our menu it's just the beginning -we are a family friendly restaurant offering unique spins on new American comfort food classics like burgers, chicken tenders, tacos and mac and cheese to name a few.

Excellent pizza. We had the primo pepperoni—great crust, just crispy enough. Plennnty of good quality pepperoni on this pie. Flavorful sauce with the spicy honey is fantastic. Cocktails were excellent, also. I had the mezcal special and my gf had the This That and the Other and they were both perfect. Excellent and friendly staff, as well. Great experience.

Nice and quiet (unusual) Sunday lunch. Came over for the shrimp scampi flatbread that was wonderful with the exception of the bitter thin lemon slices. I think those detract from the flatbread. Next time I will ask that they don't put it on the flatbread and let me squeeze lemon on the slices at the table. Other than that, DELICIOUS and Julie was AWESOME as always! (Order mozarella sticks... they have the BEST!)

A wonderful evening with an extremely good waitress - the shared appetizers (sweet potato humus plate and the harissa cauliflower plate) were really enjoyable. Two large flatbreads (including the reliable farmer's market) were scoffed down by our table. We were never rushed, nor were we left wanting....

We made reservations and arrived 10 min early. Seated almost immediately. We ordered apps and drinks then it entrees. Food was amazing. We made sure to order extra pizza so we’ll have some to take home. Drinks were delicious. Pizza was great! We loved the cheese and pepperoni. Our fave is always the Mexican street corn. We got Caesar salad and the pumpkin apple salad. The server was amazing. 5 stars. She was so good with the kids. We were celebrating their accomplishments and and our server made sure the kids were recognized. We thank you so much for making our time special here. We make it to Hudson yearly for apple picking and make it a tradition to stop in for dinner. Thank you!

First time dining at Flatbread Rail Trail, and they did not disappoint. What a gem to have in Hudson. We drove from 30 minutes away. The food was delicious, drinks were tasty, and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Will be back!

Really great experiencw.Handmade tots and and pizza were delicious, Craft beer list is on point and service was fantastic. We'll be back.

Great evening with friends. Super friendly server and a great harvest sangria! The gyro sandwich and cauliflower, as well as street corn flatbread were great
