Sat by a door that kept opening and closing which totally killed the vibe since bright light blasted through. Shrimp tacos were so dry and horrible. Service was pretty bad too — drinks came after the food and little hope of refills. If the restaurant experience was at least good, then I could deal with the bad food but the crappy table spot killed that.

The food was good and served in a timely manner but Karyn’s service was outstanding. She was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and always on top of our every need.

I liked the availability of reservations and the food was good. I did not enjoy the photograph scam they have going on when you pose for pictures for the free keychains.

The waitress Ronnie was disrespectful and yelled at customers who tipped 20%. According to her, it was too little, and she wanted more. I witnessed her doing this with at least four different customers. Perhaps the restaurant puts too much pressure on its staff, but the lack of respect is quite surreal.

Food portions were huge but not very good. It was alright. Feel like the ambiance and setting is more why people come here. The restaurant was unique and made my experience very different. Service was alright though they brought everyone’s food except for mine and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes. Besides that, experience was fine.

Over all just so so and food and service was just average. You are paying just for ambiance for kids. My kid enjoyed it but everything is over priced.
