Based on watching Chef Ramsey’s many shows on TV and seeing his purported high standards, I was expecting a better experience. Service was great but the food quality was fair. I drove 1 1/2 hours for the experience and I was left disappointed.

We participated in the vegetarian 5-course fixed menu and everything was not only delicious, but served as full portions that we could take home with us when we were too stuffed to finish. Our waitress was attentive and so sweet, we were there for 2.5 hours and never felt rushed. Will definitely dine here again!

People standing around the tables, cosmoplitan cup was too full and small of course. The puree was cold. The taste of beef wellington is good. Welcoming was nice.

My wife and I just enjoyed our 12th anniversary meal here in Boston’s Back Bay. We celebrated our 10th here (simple math), and had an amazing time. I did ask for different accommodations this time, and thank you. There is nothing like feeling you matter as a customer. This experience will keep bringing us back. Our server was Magdaleno. He was beyond attentive. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you. Sincerely.

To begin with, they took a while to bring a cocktail, I ordered an old fashion and they didn't have big ice, it took them more than 30 minutes to take our order. After the starter they took time to remove our used plates. In addition to my main dish, I ordered a side of potatoes with truffles, and after they brought the food they said it was gone. Bad experience in my opinion, I would not eat here again.

Food was great but we were rushed through our dinner for no reason. Took away my main dishes while my husband was still eating. Then offered dessert menu while my husband was still eating. We said we were thinking about sticky toffee pudding then they brought it without confirming. Bill came while still eating dessert. Waitress came quickly after that to see if credit card was ready. The restaurant was very quiet so no need to rush. Not really acceptable for such a nice restaurant.

My wife and I booked a reservation for our honeymoon and while we arrived a bit early we were sat right away. Unfortunately the first table we were sat at had a wobble, but the staff immediately set to address it and once it was determined that it was not immediately fixable, we were moved to a more comfortable place. Our server was incredible, charismatic, and knowledgeable about the food, wine, and the area. We opted for the tasting menu because we’ve been fans of Gordon Ramsey’s shows for years, and each course was delicious. We never felt rushed, yet whenever we were about to finish a course, our server was ready to pour the next glass of wine, and the respective dish came out shortly after. Thank you to our server and the kitchen staff for a wonderful experience, we left full, tipsy, and very happy!

8:30 pm reservation. Was seated at 8:31. Semi circle cushioned booth with quaint light super comfortable. Water options and drink suggestions within half a minute. Sommelier to table shortly thereafter, super friendly, and polite after telling him we were getting drinks. Dramble and White cranberry cosmo were delicious. Veal chop and beef Wellington cooked to perfection. Truffle potatoes (shareable single order) perfect side dish. While all of this was fantastic, the star of the evening goes to our server Leidy. Start to finish, top to bottom the absolute best. None of the before mentioned items can be appreciated fully without the attention to detail and dynamic personality she brought to our table. Cheers to her and your restaurant.
