We have been here numerous times. Unfortunately each time it seems the food quality deteriorates. This time, we ordered fish and chips. The fish was under seasoned and was all breading. We also ordered the crab cake. It seems to be smaller each time and the salad with it was too salty to eat. It’s unfortunate because we love the ambiance.

Food and service was really good. But the price point is really high. While the staff was great, there was a real sense of get in and get out. Which is ok. The more tables you turn the better for business. Watching the staff was impressive as they do all work together extremely well. Just felt the price point is high and felt a little rushed to get in and out. We had the Wellington for 2 which was delicious. The burger and lobster roll. We had Parker roll for appetizer and a couple of sodas. So we did order a big ticket item with the Wellington, but for the amount of food you got compared to the cost, would have expected a larger serving for something being sold as a meal for 2.

Service wasn't the best. We waited quite a bit for our food, but it was good. We will definitely be back. 4.5 stars for food

It was our first visit and our server Adam was incredible! Gave us awesome recommendations for drinks and entrees. I had the idiot sandwich and it was tender, well seasoned, and a must have! Brussels sprouts were crunchy and a great pairing to the prime rib my boyfriend enjoyed. To end the night we shared a chocolate pot de crème! Overall we loved our visit and highly recommend Adam as a server!

We were looking forward to a much needed date night. The food was excellent but felt very rushed through our meal. Hostess staff came by periodically on their I pads to see how things were moving. As soon as I finished the last bite of my meal, plates were cleared and check was given.

I feel Ramsays Kitchen had a great atmosphere with attentive and friendly service, but I found the food overpriced for what it was. While a couple of dishes were good, it didn’t quite justify the cost.

Our daughter took us for a Christmas gift to anywhere of our choosing, we chose somewhere close to our home & a place we had never been. We ordered the steak & fritters, spaghetti with shrimp & lobster, fish & chips, & two appetizers. Those were all great. Our daughter ordered the NY steak for $80, medium rare. She waited for the waiter to come back & ask how her steak was & he did not, until to ask for dessert. I know she didn't want to embarrass us by making a stink, but her steak was medium well & dried out. We felt so bad as she struggled through it, & kept looking for him to come by. Such a bummer you a much anticipated day.

I have been a Gordon Ramsay fan for 25 years, until today I had never been able to dine at one of his signature restaurants. My wife and I made the trip to the Ramsays Kitchen in Naperville, IL for her 40th Birthday. It was everything we could have hoped for being such fans of Hell’s Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, etc. Started our evening with some cocktails and an appetizer of the Parker rolls. They were the best dinner roll I ever had. Toasted Brioche roll, covered in a herb butter and sea salt. Crispy on the top with air like fluffiness everywhere else. My wife had the Shrimp and Lobster Pasta and I had the legendary Beef Wellington. It was everything I hoped it would be and worth every penny. My wife was also kind enough to share a bite of her pasta for a bite of the Wellington….worth it for both of us! This meal was also accompanied by a side of their famous Truffle Fries, which were cooked to perfection, the truffle aioli was great! As this was a Birthday, it was celebrated with a Sticky toffee pudding, which is topped with Vanilla ice cream, and served with a caramel sauce. They brought my wife’s with a candle and said “Don’t worry, we won’t sing, but wish you the happiest of birthdays!”Extremely polite and caring staff. The pudding was rich but smooth, sweet and savory, creamy, salty and I would have this any time. Multiple staff members wished my wife a happy birthday, and truly made this a personalized experience. Would recommend this establishment to EVERYONE. Thank you Ramsay’s Kitchen for a wonderful evening and a memorable experience!
