There are plenty of places to pick up an Indian meal in Singapore, from the upmarket white tablecloth places of the Downtown Core to the Little India enclave up on Racecourse Road. Take the train to Clarke Quay metro and wander over the Read Bridge towards the shopping centre, where you can find RAS - The Essence of India on the riverfront, waiting to welcome you in and take your order – just remember to book your table ahead of time.
