Embark on an immersive culinary journey through international cultures, regional recipes, and inventive creations, with a rotating specialty concept every few months. Enjoy an exclusive, front-row view of our world-class exhibition kitchen as vivid culinary creations come to life before your eyes. Savor a curated tasting menu reflecting the depth of one world culture’s cuisine, paired with bespoke beverages and wines. Our intimate space fosters meaningful connections and stimulating conversation, creating an unforgettable dining experience.

We require all guests dining at RASA to complete a credit card authorization form and sign our cancellation policy, which will be sent via a secure portal, Sertifi, shortly after booking. Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive these completed documents. The card on file will not be charged unless you fail to show up to your reservation, cancel within 72 hours, or arrive with fewer guests than originally booked without prior notice.

                          Wonderful experience from beginning to end! Thoughtful service, meticulous Mandarin tasting menu and explanations of the dishes, and I so appreciated the accommodations of my dietary restrictions (Celiac disease). Thank you, Rasa!

                          Definitely a one-of-a-kind experience. From the minute you check in and are seated in their lounge you receive a drink and your first course. Then you are escorted to your personal table while you watch the chefs, prepare the remaining five courses.  the service was impeccable, and the dishes were definitely unique and like nothing we’ve tasted. Definitely a must do when you were in the grand Caymans if you are a foodie.

                          Food was the best we’ve ever had in the Caribbean and service was wonderful. They made such an effort to accommodate my dairy allergy by making dairy free versions of so many items. It’s rare I get to enjoy the same menu as others, and it was a special treat.
