The wines of Veneto, located in northeastern Italy, are renowned for their diversity and quality. This region is famous for producing both red and white wines, with the most notable being Prosecco, a sparkling wine that has gained global recognition. Veneto is also home to the rich, full-bodied Amarone della Valpolicella, made from dried grapes, as well as the elegant Valpolicella and Soave wines. The region's varied climate and geography allow for a wide range of grape varieties, making Veneto one of Italy’s most dynamic and celebrated wine regions.
Montelvini Prosecco Rosé
Bright orange pink. Very fragrant nose of honey and acacia flowers, dried banana pieces and candied raspberry. Already a bit tired on the palate, with a creamy, ripe fruit core, breaks down a bit on the finish.
Aldegheri Lugana Le Querce
This wine has a straw yellow color and has an intense captivating bouquet of exotic fruit, apricots and nectarines, finished off with an incomparable roundness and perfect harmony.
Aldegheri Valpolicella Classico Ripasso Doc Santambrogio
The marked aromas of plum and cooked marasca cherry stand out from the complex bouquet and make the first pleasurable impact, followed by perception of perfect harmony of the full robust body.
Aldegheri Amarone della Valpolicella
Deep garnet red color, with a warm scent reminiscent of black cherries, licorice, leather and wood. Red fruits dominate with flavors of cherry, plum, raspberry and blueberry. Aromas of cocoa, coffee, tobacco and raisins come through. On the palate, a nice mix of sweet and bitter, with bold tannins. A finish as long as it should be.
Taste 4 incredible wines, paired with small plates by Sous Chef Joey Minso.
